Delete Your Account

You can delete your ApisNode account, and the data associated with it, at any time. This page applies to the ApisNode app by ApisNode Inc.

In the App

1. Open the ApisNode app and sign in.
2. On the Apiary Overview screen, tap the account icon in the top-right corner.
3. Tap Delete Account, type DELETE to confirm, and tap Delete Account again.

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

Without the App

Email info@apisnode.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my ApisNode account". We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What Is Deleted

• Your login (email address and password).
• Your daily hive analysis reports.
• Your inspection notes and voice recordings.
• Your data-sharing choices for The Open Apiary Project.
• The link between you and your hubs and sensors, including the names and hive descriptions you gave them.

What Is Kept

• Past sensor readings from your hardware (temperature, humidity, sound, vibration, gas, battery and signal data) are kept in de-identified form, stored by hardware ID only, with no link to you or your account.
• If you applied for a trial kit or contacted us through this website, the record of that request (including shipping details) is kept as a business record. Ask us at the address above if you would like it removed as well.
