Full disclosure up front: we make ApisNode, so we have a horse in this race. But a comparison that only flatters the author is useless, and beekeepers see through it. So this page is written to be the one we would want to read before spending money — competitors' real strengths included. If you need a hive weight scale, for instance, we'll tell you to look at BroodMinder, because we don't make one.

Choose ApisProtect if you run a commercial operation and need self-contained, cellular/satellite units across many yards with an enterprise platform behind them.
